Chiffon Midi Dress

Designed by Samuel Spiegel a beautiful chiffon dress in mint, lavenders, and pale blues, with a pop of hot pink flowers on sleeves and in body of dress.  3/4 length sleeves.  Zips up the back with two hook and eyes for stand up collar.   Simply lovely for a garden party, or dinner out.
